    Default Cable guides on XLR

I use Scorpion Venom on my bow strings and I have noticed that I have to reapply it very often where my cables go through the guide. I have custom strings and cables on it and am starting to notice a little wear in this area. Are there better guides out there for this, or is this normal?

No one else has this issue or a fix for it?

I would call Elite or my dealer and ask for a replacement slide. that one could have a burr or something in it.
But wear is normal in that area. how bad is it?
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

The wear is very minimal, but I do keep the strings waxed very well. I only have about 400 arrows through the bow and I am a little concerned because I have to reapply the Scorpion Venom after about 60 - 70 arrows. I have never noticed this with my Vectrix... maybe it is not that big of a deal??

Anyway you can post some pics? This would help us decide if it is normal wear or a bad cable slide.

Had the same problem on another bow and it was just eating up the cables.

Here are some pics, I hope they will be good enough. As I said, the wear is very minimal, but I do not have that many shots through the bow and was just wondering if it should be of any concern... thanks for looking!
