If your right handed move your rest away from the riser.
2011 Pulse Snow/AT
2010 Judge Snow Camo
I think its a tear left. if so move your rest in to the right. or decrease draw weight. you might try a lighter field point also. I think your arrow may be a little light on spine.
you can shorten the arrow 1/2 inch it will stiffen the spine also.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.
STOP TORQUING THE BOW!!!!!!
J/K, it looks like a left tear, so bump your rest about 1/16" to the right, or check for fletching contact.

Torquing is probably correctI ordered it a half inch long and I'm trying to get used to it
I moved it in to 3/4" and my one and only shot was an improvement, but I forgot to set my backstop back up and stuck one in the garage wall
So that arrow is about an 1.5" shorter now

You might want to go to Eastons website there is a tuning guide there. You can download and print it will tell you just about anything you need to do as far as tuning (paper, broadhead, ect) I know it helped me a lot.
"I moved it in to 3/4" and my one and only shot was an improvement"
My E-500 is set pretty close to 3/4" also but it has been too windy to do a walk back for a final check.
Tail left tear says to move the rest to the left. If you take it to the right you only compound how the arrow is leaving the bow now.
I would say just off hand that it is telling me you shot 4 times through the same piece of paper.p
:rolleyes P.S. one too many nogs
move it small amounts to the right if no change, move small amounts to the left if there is still no change it will most likely be hand torque, and could also be fletching contact,or arrow spine.just my 2 cents
