Ray Parrish (Shooters Edge on AT) in Tucson or Pheonix is pretty good, He makes an awesome string also. Now that I think about it, not sure if he does do shipped in work, wouldn't hurt to ask.

But you should buy a press and do it yourself, it's really not hard and Dave will talk ya through it.

    beanz,
I have got to give you credit. You have been through alot with that Synergy of yours and you are still sticking in there. Good luck and I hope you get her to where you want her as soon as you can.

I would recommend Stewart Bowman at Desert Archery in Kingman. He is a very knowledgeable technician and helpful guy. The way he designs and makes his bow tells me a lot of his know how, plus he uses Barnsdale limbs and 452x too .
    Hope it helps,
