Kevin said, "Sorry for the long post!" I wish they were longer,I like reading what 'The Man 'has to say .
Is it possible we have two separate problems here, if limb twist is a problem?
Why I say this, My first GT500 has a CS of approx. 7/8" with the top of the bottom cam leaning away from the bow, at full draw.
My second GT500, the cams sit fairly straight at full draw, but the CS was way left, re shimmed it to bring CS over, and developed cam lean....

The spacers used in each bow should be checked and double checked at the factory, and the CS issue is sometimes not a result of the spacer issue.

Greg I know you check all of the ones you build, and they are correct when the leave Elite.

Curious if the issue might be more about Limb Tiller than spacer.

If you were trying to eliminate cam lean from an improperly tillered limb and used an appropiately thinner spacer to negate the lean I could see that as having the compounding effect of shifting your center shot out to an inch or more.

That would induce Cam lean if the correct shims were subsequently added?

For alot of people out there, cs being a little off is not a huge deal, they still shoot fairly well. For us (perfectionists) good isn't enough. Never enough on the speed end as well. There are some issues that need to be resolved, and I have confidence that they WILL be addressed. Elite has gone above and beyond for its customers, especially me. I will be buying another Elite knowing that if there is an issue, it is going to be resolved. Thank you Elite for standing not only behind your product, but your customers as well.

Hey.. that's one cute Dog... Gotta love it that Marzomi's here to help folks out that may have slight issues with centershot.. It's an easy fix as long as you have the bushings and a press.. I actually like working on my bows...

    Default Gt-500

I am having the same problem- This is my second GT-500 and I traded the first one off because of it- I am now working on the second one it already has larger spacers.75 on the left side of the cams- Do I need to go even more? The first one I had just a few weeks ago came straight for the factory spaced to the left.

My experience on the last batch I recieved was .075 string side and .05 cable side. It shouldn't be .75 it should be .075

I have had good results in getting a 3/4 to 7/8 inch CS by changing out the string side spacers for .093 (2 .045 spacers stacked) and cable side for .035
