I'm not picking on you, but why change your slide if the aftermarket one preforms the same as stock??

Would you please tell me which teflon models have largest depth cuts? I am looking for less cable clearance (lower profile vanes) and don't mind loosing some speed (I think that larger depth cuts make the cables act as "longer" thus making your D.L. shorter which explains lesser speed ...) or having to resync because of that.
    Thanks beforehand for the feedback.

I just switched over to the Parker and it is a lot better in my opinion. My Elite slide was tearing my cables up. My dealer was not happy so he gave me the Parker. I wanted to paint it black but he said that the paint would break the teflon down over time.

I saw the post that Kevin reccomends the stock slide for performance. I wonder why they don't just come out with a teflon slide as stock on their bows?

I too have had stock plastic slides chatter on the rod when it was wet out. The teflon slides remedy this, but you have to find the right one for the bow.

I had a bunch of problems tuning BH's on my new Commander this year after putting a teflon slide on it. Turns out it was changing the pull on the cables enough to throw off the tune of the bow. I put the stock one back on and the problems went away.

Good info to know on the Parker unit, need to pick one up for my E-500.
