Both are about the same on the draw. The only difference is on the let off.

ok so i'll look out for the color of the cams, ( black = newer cams),,,, now to find one , heheh
I appreciate the help and opinion on this ,,,, since you have both of these bows ,, does the GTO feel smoother on the draw,,

Not true bronze cams, but BLACK mods. I think I got the new cams on mine, kevin removed one post from the cam. Mine only has one post. I think I need to look again, But I am using the old mods on mine, I have both sets.

To me the GTO and Envy draw the same as i can not tell the difference on the draw. Where you can tell a difference is the wall. If you creep before the shot you will fight the Envy. It is a bad habit to get into so as far as creeping the Envy will break that habit. I just love the Envy as i like to have to hold back against the solid wall. I also do not like 80% let off but a lot of archers do. The Envy will shoot about 8 fps faster than an identical set up GTO from my comparisons. I will also guess that the Envy will hold it's value a lot better over time if that matters to you. As there were only about 300 made. If you want the best of both worlds as far as smooth to draw, 80% let off and identical speeds get the GT500.

    Default thanks bad007

ok so i guess you can't creep at all with the envy ,,, just has really aggresive cams ,,, i like it but the GT500 is a little slower then both the GTO and Envy right?
I am actually in contact with L-train right now for his envy #4,,i'll tell ya , i'm pretty dam tempted, just not sure if it's an 06 or 07,,,,is there any difference from the ones released in 06 compared to the ones in 07?

I told Lonnie you were trying to contact him eh? All Envy's were 2007 models. Remember that L-train has #4 Limited Edition. #4 is like having number 1 to the general public. What are you waiting for Pull the Trigger aCadian. I'm sure you'll have to find different mods for draw length though....right L-train

Default think i'm gona do it

hehe i think i will pull the trigger on this one Texas 10PT, i am waiting on a reply from him,,Thanks for getting him to contact me ,,,,
i think he said the draw lenght was 27.5" , and i was thinking 28 " for me, (don't know if it's possible to move it a half inch)
but worse comes to worse ,i think i can manage with 27.5" since i'm about 5 foot 10",,,,,,
don't know what kind of speeds he's getting at that draw lenght (27.5")?
Have you seen that #4 bow of his (L-train)??
Now all i'd have to do ,,is load this puppy up with accessories
