WOW,,, THat seems too weak to me,, Although Im not quite sure what 500 represents with Victory arrows,,, I actually shoot 350 spned vanes with my X Ringers V1's at around 55 lbs and a 27" arrow,,, Shoots perfectly,,,

Seems weak to me as well assuming HV V1 500's is a .500 spine.....depending on tip weight, you should be in the .340 spine class and with some tinkering, you can get the .400 spine to fly right.

Yep I just checked Archer's advantage and Jerry's right .340 spine should be close. If you cant find a good shaft down there where you work. come back up we have some for you.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

i have the same bow and draw length, and set at 72 pounds. with a 100 gr. head shoot the 400's. fly great, and shoot right with my C/E Maximas. I worked in a pro-shop for alot of years, and have tried everything, and the Victory arrows work real well.

I think 500s as was said if .500 spine is to soft.
I would go with 400 spine.

I use Easton ST Axis 340's with my 70 pound Envy.
    Excellent accuracy & awesome penetration.

    Otherwise try Goldtip's 7595's

according to victorys web sight i should be shooting 500's there spine chart seems to go backwards because the 500 is there stiffest spine in the vforcehv's

The spine charts say to use the 500 from 76-82lbs I think they may be to stiff. 400 should be fine. If your going to use a 125 gr. tip than I would try the 500. just my thoughts.
