I got into my popup stand about 5:45 p:m hoping to have some hogs come in. I was sitting kinda stretched out when I felt something hit my left foot. I looked down and there was a copperhead laying beside my foot. After a few heated words and a little persuasion he left. About an hour and a half later a group of seven pigs came in. They milled around for a little while until the biggest pig gave me a broadside shot. I drew my Fire and let my Victory arrow with a Rage 2 blade fly and got a pass through both shoulders. He flopped around for a little bit and fell over. He never left sight of my popup.

    Congrats on the pig.

You didn't kill that copperhead??? I had to take care of a rattler last week at the lease, was washing my hands at an outdoor faucet and had one coiled up about 2' from my hands under a shipping pallet. We had my buddies 8 year old with us, so we could not leave the snake hanging around camp.
Did you see the size of that CHICKEN??????

it's like I'm playin' cards with my brother's kids or somethin'.
