Default Anyone shoot GK broad heads?

I shot mine, 125gr for the first time today, was just wondering if it was me or are these things noisy?

I have about 40 of them and started using the 180XL last year and will this year too. Devastating cut and yes they can make a little noise but not enough to effect the animal during the shot IMO. Great flying broadhead and sharpest I've ever seen out of the box.

First time shooting fixed blades so, I just wasn't expecting the zip sound from it.

How are they flying for you? Did you get the standards or XL's?

I had the same experience with the 100. I'm sure it creates one heck of a cut and maybe the noise is not an issue, but its the loudest broadhead in flight that I'd ever shot. Wish they could make it more quiet, but it is what it is. I went with Solid Broadheads this year, and I'm way more pleased with the design of this head.

Wish they made a 200gr solid so TEXAS would get on board

Nope don't need a 200gr. Found my favorite in the 180gr XL 1 1/2" cut. If I need anything bigger I have 9 of the GK DS models that are 185gr with an 1 7/8" cut.
