No such thing as scent elimination.

You are always going to get busted down wind.

Watching these guys on TV spritz themselves with some spray bottle makes me laugh. You would have to literally dip yourself in it for it even to begin to work.

It's more about decreasing rather than elimination.

Camoflauge clothing is a bigger scam than scent control products but yet, the same guys claiming that scent control is snake oil will swear that you can't hunt with a snow camo bow.

I agree but disagree..I agree with the bow part, but disagree to a extent with the camo scam part..I do feel a FEW camo patterns are effective clothing wise vs other patterns or no camo at all..
First it's pretty tires, then it's pretty guns and bows....Next thing you know, you're shavin' your beard and wearin' capri pants

My point is that a deers nose is MuCH more effective than it's eyes but some people spend hundreds of dollars per year on clothing and yet they tell everyone that you can do nothing about scent.

Fact, a vast majority of scent comes from the head area.
Fact, the majority of that is breath.
Fact, there is a product that can eliminate 100% of breath odors.

    What product is that?
Probably the earliest flyswatters were nothing more than some sort of striking surface attached to the end of a long stick.

Ya what product eliminates 100% of breath odors.

Also, I feel the camo pattern is more so just to break up a person as a solid mass. Honestly I feel deer are more concerned with and notice movement more than scent. They are alway looking up at my stand and at me, so I need to be very careful about when I stand and move. But I would have expected them to smell me long before that. of course I spray down, but I also leave my clothes outside all night to smell more like the outdoors. I feel what we are doing to control our scent helps. We bought these chinsy tree stand blinds last year and it was one of the best products we ever bought. The can look at my treestand and blind all they want, but they dont see me. I can virtually stand up and prepare to shoot even with them looking up there at me. They are seeing my movement, so Im golden. But with out the concealment the second I move a leg or anything, they are snort weezing and out of there.
