    Default 2nd cam check of the year-2 new 10 pts.

    Nice little surprise...two new 10 pointers showed up on cam and seem to be using the same area at the same time right before dark. At first I thought this was the same deer, but the more I look it over I'm fairly certain the first 6 pics are of one deer and the last 3 pics are of another deer. The second deer's left side G3 bends forward quite a bit and the second deer has more of a rounded crab claw type look on it's left side instead of a little stubby forward pointing G4. I also think his right side G2 looks longer in the last pic than the first deer.

    What do you think? Two deer or one? I'm looking back thru past years cam pics, as I don't know that I know these two deer. Hope to get some more pics to make sure, but tentatively they are on the shoot list.

    Nice...and your right about that whole disappearing act. I have one big old ten that completely disappears as soon as he encounters his first white or IR flash of the year. I've got a couple of spots I don't put cams to try to avoid it but he always walk in front of one early on and then he's ghost.

    But your in PA right??? Why keep pics of spikes under wraps?

    Looking forward for when you decide to share them. I'm hoping to have another good batch next weekend when I finish hanging stands.
