Default '09 GT500 Nock Height And Other Issues

Well thanks to the helpful people on here I was able to get my GT shooting perfectly. BUT my strings went to pot and needed to be replaced. So now I am battling a few new problems.

    1. My nock height is very strange. My cams are synched (cables cross the same dots) and both limbs are bottomed out, but no matter how low I set my nock height I am getting the "upward pull" 7 looking D-loop. I started with my arrow through the center of the berger holes (7/8" up from the deepest point in the shelf) and have moved it lower and lower. Half of my arrow now sits below the berger holes and I still end up with a deformed loop. If I go any lower I am going to have to start shooting off the shelf. I have no idea what else to do, but it bugs the heck out of me that I can't get my loop straight.

    2. I am getting a nock low tear when shooting through paper. If I lower my rest enough to compensate for the tear, I end up with the arrow visibly pointing down in relation to the berger holes/shelf.

    3. I am also getting a stiff spine reaction when shooting through paper. I can get rid of it for the most part by turning my limb bolts all the way in, but I prefer to shoot around 65lbs as my shoulder has been bothering me lately. I know that a simple fix would be to buy new arrows, but I was able to get a PERFECT hole through paper with the same arrows and around 66lbs prior to re-stringing my bow so if possible, I would like to avoid spending the additional money on arrows.

I really appreciate whatever input anyone may have on the subject. Thank you for helping me out!

I would suggest the following assuming a drop away rest:
    • Set the bowstring vertical.
    • Set the C/L of the arrow so that when the arrow is level, i.e. perpendicular to the string, the C/L of the arrow is the same height as the C/L of the Berger holes.
    • Confirm also that the center shot is reasonably close. Use a 90° bent tool for this to compare the C/L of the string to the C/L of the arrow when it's on the rest.
    • Set the nock 1/16'-1/8" high above the level position.
    • serve above & below this nock point with4-5 turns os serving above the nock & 8-10 turns of serviving below the nock point.
    • Tie in the D-Loop.
    • Paper tune.
    • Walk back tune.
    Good luck.
