Default 2011 Hunter string stop issues

Posted this in the tech forum but got no response.
Just bought a lightly used 2011 hunter and the string stop won't stay tight! The tiny set screws that hold the string stop rod are rounded and I can't get them to stay tight. Is this a common problem? Is this type of thing covered under warranty? Do I just need to get some new screws?
Thanks in advance for the help and forgive me if this has been covered before. I searched for several mins and didn't see much.

Go to Home Depot or a hardware store and get 10 24 by 3/16 and use those. I had an issue with my Hunter and these screws fixed it.

Even better, replace the stock string stop with a K-tech. I just put one on my Pulse and the difference is very noticeable.

I sent an email to Elite and they are supposed to be mailing me some new screws this week.
    How much is a k-tech?
