2011 Elite Pure noise problem

Has anybody expierienced any problems with an Elite Pure. My setup is as follows.
70# 30.5 inch draw
Cooper john Dead nuts mark 4 single pin sight
QAD hdx rest
peep
d loop

I am getting a very noticeable pop every time I shoot the bow, i thought it was the string hitting the string stop, but that
is not the case. I tried shooting without the bow sight, same noise. Qad rest is not hitting the arrow shelf. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same set up except the sight, what kind of stabilizer do you have? I put a 8" NAP apache on mine. You can get them at Dick's. Mines nice and quiet. I had a stokerized stab. And didn't like it, not for hunting anyways.

Its the rest. its slapping the shelf and makes a loud pop trust me. It goes down farther when shot then it looks at rest.
You can check the suppressor rod also and make sure its not against the string. some slack helps.

Would it be better to put a rubber pad down on the shelf? My Pure has a limbdriver with a mole skin on the shelf and I noticed it making more noise lately.

The guy I bought my pure from put a limbdriver pad on the shelf. I don't have a noise problem with mine.

Thanks for the help, I tried the shelf pad to no avail. Put a limbsaver on the string stop rod, no help.

Mine is super quiet and i have a QAD!

Sounds like the rest to me also. I had a QAD rest and went back to the whisker(dipped snow) and now silent.
