    Default Lost hunting land

Well the day finally came and the guy that we hunt his land sold 20 of his 38 acres and is subdividing some of the 18. Bummed killed 4 deer there on the last 2 years.

Still have some good state land though.

Sorry to hear this. Seems to be happening more and more. Unfortunately, money talks. If I wasn't a hunter and somebody waved a big fat chunk of cash at me for my land, I'd probably do the same thing.

Glad to hear you still have other options.

Sucks man I know how ya feel I lost my favorite bow hunting spot about 10 years ago when the old man past away and somehow an outfitter got ahold of it.. Never have found another spit anything like it still stop on the road and glass the deer in the fields from time to time and remember the time spent in my "honey"hole.. I guess all good things come to an end. Too bad.. Anyhow goodluck with your other spot

Sorry to hear that. Seems like it's getting more difficult each year to keep a spot or find new ones.

Obama is behind a landowner deciding to sell his land away to the highest bidder???

Hunting lands were being lost well before Obama was in office and they'll continue to be lost well after he's gone.
