Just to clarify, are we suppose to pray for God to mend your dogs broken tail? Also, if you dont fix your location, im going to start a prayer request thread asking for blackgreen to stop banging my mom on the weeknights and my sister on the weekends. Cool?

To get this back on track, people who don't have dogs don't can't understand how a dog becomes part of your family. He have a 14.5 year old golden retriever and I am thankful for every day we have still have her because she's bucking the odds. She was a great GREAT pheasant dog in her prime before arthritis set in and sapped the strength and muscle in her back legs. Just watching her work and pick up a scent was a thing of beauty. When she locked in and rushed a bird, I can still hear the mad rush in the tall weeds of her snorting, brush snapping, and a rooster taking flight. Actually downing a bird was a cherry on top of the icing on the cake. She is now a house dog and lives a spoiled and cushy life. And we wouldn't have it any other way. She was our baby before we had a baby.

Glad to hear your dog is on the mend.

Thank you Nicko. I'm all for crude jokes like most of us are, but this jack wagon seems like the type that I ask to leave camp each year. Son do yourself a favor, don't come to my mountain. No "unless" behind it, people who make light of a serious situation where a family member is dealing with some serious health issues just aren't welcome. Here's a story. 12 years ago my brother and I are on this mountain and he suffers a massive seizure that took his life and left me to carry his 195lb body out that night. Want to make jokes on behalf of her health? Let's nail her for being an epileptic next. How about this one. Lost my first born six months ago, 1 week before christmas. Wan't to take a crack at that also? Here's something to pray for, you don't end up on the same mountain as me. Thank you all for your responses. This tool has left a bad taste in my mouth as far this thread is concerned.

BG3, Id like to apologize...when I first read the post, I thought maybe Smash, HM, or somebody else was pulling a prank. You see, from your sig about "im at your moms weeknights, sisters on weekends", to the calling of a couple other members here douches, to the dogs lawnmower stuck epileptic broken tail, to the dog healing in just over an hour, to your general wackiness,...all in this short amount of time! I figured it had to be a prank. I mean common...a prayer request for a dog that isnt dead or dying. Sorry, you are just way WAY different than any other member ive ever seen come through EAF...and I mean that in a good way.

I like you man...you get pissed easy and wear your heart on your sleeve. I like that and this place could use more folks like you. So anyhow im going to help you out with the broke tail dog. Before I was a computer cowboy, I was a veterinarian and ive dealt with quite a few broken tails. They're actually fairly easy to fix with a splint...you simply jam a stick up your dogs rectum and tape the tail down straight. Good luck buddy, let me know if I can be of more assistance!

The broken tail turned out to be drop tail from her seizure and swimming in my pool. Computer cowboys need to realize that the real thing would put them down quick. I could give a **** if you like me or not. The simple fact remains, you disrespected something sacred to me and my kin. You got called out for something that should have never been said, and still your arrogance got the better of you in your response. Once again stay the **** off my mountain and pray I don't end up on yours.

Default Dogs are always loyal to human....Respect them! love them !!

I always share my feelings about animals with everyone and at times I used to convince people that they too should be well with the innocent animals. Animals too have feelings,we just have to estimate them and have to act accordingly.
