Most archers will never know what a tuned bow is. They are 100% happy with the bow as is off the shelf with whatever sights and rest they decide to have installed while buying their new bow. If its out of tune they will just adjust the rest best they can with limited results, then just adjust their sights to POI with broadheads.

I do kinda like Takem's idea of ordering a totally custom bow built to your own specs. I'll take a reverse AT green Pred with Korbin barn burner strings Answer please.

I guess I am in the minority anymore by expecting a product to actually work like it's suppose to.
Could be the title of the thread. But I dont think any manufacture will ever screen out its dealers.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

I don't take it as a bash as it is your opinion, but when you title the thread "I Love Elite, BUT" and put "but" in all capital letters you have to expect that there will be a slight chance that someone will take it as a bash as whether you meant to or not you did single out Elite in the title. I know you mentioned all other bow brands in your post but the title is what is going to catch someone's attention.

I don't believe I bashed you but I think a better title would have been "Why do we have to do so much to get what we want out of the bows today" as that would have not singled out Elite, a bow is just a bow and sometimes like Maybee stated some guys take all the tuning stuff to a level that no one ever imagined before.

Internet..Sharing things as we learn with others or learning what works best for others. Leads to these kind of threads. Expectations are higher then ever now days.
The average archer is at the level some of the better archers of yester years were. Manufacture would have to customize each bow to please each archer now days.
We all want a pro set ups. thinking it will help. Sure cant hurt lol.
Strings on my hunting bow from last year just got replaced. Like batteries in my rangefinder...probably would of made it but why chance it. target bows get changed the day I buy a bow. and two or three times though out the year. its to make sure they are right for me and will last the next shoot.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

Very good post, and yes I should have titled it better. You and Maybee are great guys and an asset to this forum, some of you others, not so much That was sarcasm before anyone gets upset.
