Turned out right darn good...but fer some reason this un here didnt want to fall apart like the others, so I spooned him out for this fetus looking pic.


That one turned out a little chewy idk why, but the others were super tender. Id liken the taste to the dark meat on chicken. The mushroom soup with little chunks of squirrel tasted alot like chicken-n-dumplings imo.

My world has changed yall...I got a stomach full of squirrel. Im different now... I wanna cut my sleeves off and grow a mullet. I wanna move to the mountains and get me a trailer. I wanna chew tobacco and drink shine all day long. I wanna fight til I dont have no teeth left. I wanna learn the banjo and chase off anybody who aint a local. I wanna beat my wife and bang my cousin. I wanna sell my Elite and buy a Mathews. I wanna get arrested shirtless and smash my head against the glass of a cop car. ...man I just want some more ****in squirrel!

Ive never had beaver...im not sure I would know what to do with one. We have plenty of wild beaver causing problems around here...I just need somebody to teach me how to eat it.

I have a stuffed beaver. I didn't eat it though. I killed it coming home from one of my highschool girlfriend's house one night. Her dad was a taxidermist so I got a free beaver.

Will do...nah, I didnt soak em in salt water. Once they were thaw, I trimmed em up a bit, washed em down good, and they went in the pot with the soup. After about 8hrs they were ready to eat but I took the lid off and turned the heat up to cook down the soup. It turned out so good im gonna do it like this every time.

But ya, next time ive gotta salt em down or something to lessen to gamey effect cus I was trippin balls... I woke up in the lush grass of my neighbors lawn, man. I had my gamo gat, some whitey tighties, and a mouth full of pellets. I dont even know where I got the undies from...I havent owned those kind of undies for a couple of decades. I blacked out on squirrel but im pretty sure I had a good time.
