Mathews to Elite
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and to Elites. I've shot Mathews for the past 12 years and after shooting the Heli-m and Z7's I decided to try something different. I've heard nothing but good things about the Elites and after trying multiple Bowtech's and Hoyts I shot the new Answer and fell in love. These things are sweet! I've got my new Answer on order and can't wait for it to get here. Just thought I'd stop by and give two big thumbs up!!!

Welcome! I did the exact same thing. Had a maffews and liked it but after switching to Elite I gained 30 fps and the best shooting bow I ever laid my hands on

The only regret I have is not harvesting the walnut grip off my last Mathews, it was at least a 1/4 cord of good wood. Welcome to EAF.

I thought I would always own and only buy a Mathews...(I've only been flinging arrows for 1.5years). I dreamed of owning a Z7x but decided on a MR6 because I only cared about speed..then I bought the helim (mistake). Now with 2 bad shoulders I love the smooth draw of the elites,the back wall and the GRIPS. As you can tell by my signature I've purchase 4 Elite bows in the past 2 months, 3 in the span of 30days. Good luck with your Answer, I'm waiting till next year to see what they come out with..I have a rule I can't sell a Hunting bow till I get blood one it..so I'm keeping my Elite Hunter till after hunting season.

Good move man. I've jumped around quite a bit with bow companies. Shot Bowtech for several years, and then had a Z7 for a couple years. Bought my Answer in December, and it is, hands down, the best bow I've ever owned.
