Got my bow back. Not a happy custumer

Well my bow came back to day from Elite. I take it out of the box and this riser is cut just like the last one.Plus there are several areas with poor machine work. Where as my sons Answer is flawless . I know i need to call Elite about it but i am so mad right now i could chew a nail into. And i am going to wait until i calm down before i call and say something i will regret later. Maybe they are cutting all the risers this way now. If they are then i am just going to sell mine and move on.

Sorry to hear this. Any pics you can post up? I think I recalled you posted pics before comparing the risers on your bow and your son's and they were distinctly different.

Sorry to see this happen, I can only comment and say my LH riser matched your sons. I would think plenty of folks on here have RH ones to display pictures of.

LH risers last I knew were still being cut by J2 or whatever they call themselves nowadays. The RH risers are being cut some where in NY. I think you are seeing the quality difference between the old Elite and the new IMO.

I tried to call. But they were gone for the day I guess. So I emailed them the pics of the two bows. Maybe I will hear something tomorrow. Right now I am on my way to the shop to check out some other options. Incase things don't work out for me.

Man I'm sorry to hear about that after all the wait time...At first I wondered how a mis-cut riser could get thru QC, but understand that occasionally things get missed. Now this time, you sent it in to them for a specific problem, waited patiently for an extended period, and then basically get sent the same riser back when they knew what your initial issue was. One time...sure, but twice when something specific was pointed out??? I think they need to see if #432 is available as the only problem he had was exploding drawstops...I think.

I hope things go well for you regardless of whether this gets worked out or if you look at something else.
