That Raptor will pull that trailer with no problem. By the time you put the big tires on the 3/4 ton, the mileage will be about the same and not near as good lookingas the Raptor.
My buddy had a crew cab F250 with a gas engine and he could not get rid of it fast enough. We got stuck in that thing in a puddle.
