    Default answer serving wear

Is anyone getting excessive serving wear at the top and bottom cams. Does not seem to be significant cam lean, bow is tuned and shooting very well. Is there a fix for the problem.

Mine did also right where the serving meet the cam. I sent back to elite to see what they say, and to see if there is a fix. Called yesterday they said it was scheduled to be worked on yesterday but havent heard anything yet.

I am showing a little wear in that area as well on my new answer. Not sure what is causing it, but it is there.

They sent me new cams but I'm not certain the issue is resolved. I've got a little wear there but it may be left over from the old cams. It's not cutting the serving at the posts anymore at least. I'll have to put the new string on to be sure the problem is solved.

I have the same issue on my bow also. I just received it about 3 weeks ago and it is shooting good holes through paper. You can see the lean at rest and full draw just wondering if there is something I can do. Updates would be appreciated.

Mine is the same way with the second set of 60x strings. Mine is separating very badly where string meets cam.
Do you guys have this or something different?

I'm getting the same thing on mine. I am getting it around the loops as well and around the control cable that wraps the axle one both ends? I don't know if I should try to debur the cams myself or what?

I have 60X strings on my Answer too and I don't have any of the issues you guys are talking about. I don't have any cam lean either. I did originally have issues with sharp edges on both the cam and the mods (speed and smooth) right in the track where the 2 parts meet. The edges were very sharp. I fixed that area with a little 600 grit wet/dry. I rounded off the "points" at the end of the mod track and smoothed the edge at the bottom of the groove. No problems since anywhere on the serving or on the end loops.
