I gave my Hunting buddy some arrows that I can't use anymore, they have fusion 2" vames on them and he uses a Biscuit on hios bow. Do you think the Fusions will be to stiff for the Biscuit or should he refletch with something else?

They will be fine. Fusions are meant to shoot thru a biscuit

They are perfect for the WB and as Button Buck says the 4 fletch is the go.
How do the vanes not go through the stiff black bristles when you fletch with four vanes

At 90deg they will just clear and you don't have to worry about which way the arrow goes in.
