Default Need serious help with this envy! About to give up on elite!

hey guys let me start off by sayin thanks in advance! ok ill start off with what the bow is! And ive owned it for almost three months and still havent been able to shoot it yet!
    2007 elite envy 0039
    70lbs 27.5" draw set
new limbs (1 month old) got the new shims/spacers, removed the string silencers/dampners like alot of others have with new limbs!
brand new proline bow strings set for the one post cam to run my two post cams to prevent it shearing the second post!
got the cams set to be in sync! it specs out **** near perfect and makes 71 lbs maxed out like it should!

ok heres my issue! i went up to my bow shop to everything finished up like(peep, serving the string for the sts, and fall away tyied in) and when i drew it back with my draw stop set to its shortest setting to prevent locking it up, it rolled over and the let off felt **** near 200% and the cams wouldnt come back over even putting arrow in the string and tried shooting it and the string just went limp like it locked up but the cables didnt jump over? i had to have two brave guy at the shop manually help push the cams over while i held on to the string to prevent it from ripping their fingers off! and it finally came back around? i dont have a clue whats happening here and last time i drew it before this it actually locked up with the old strings and cables, so now its to the point im getting scared of this bow and i dont want to even draw it and i just spend tons of $$$ refirbishing it with new black limbs and having the riser powder coated and new strings built im about to sell a unshot pretty much new new envy? im trying to figure out if the mods have to be set at 28"+ for the draw stop to work with out the old bronze string dampners cause i realize the draw stop use to hit the dampener and now id obviously have to adjust it down for it to hit just the limb instead of the dampner? cause its currently set at 27.5 and the draw stop is full bottomed out and it seem like it would hit but it just over rotated the cams i guess?

if theres anyone in washington that can help me get this things running right id gladly pay for your help! i wish i had a draw board to get it up and running right and cams dialed!

If you do not have the original limbs, drill holes and put the suppressors on. This will allow you to shorten the posts even more and prevent lock up. I have extra plates and screws if you need them to install the suppressors.
If you have some original envy limbs, try these before drilling holes. If you do not have any original limbs, I will lend you a set for the price of shipping, about 6 bucks. They already have the black suppressors on them and I will leave them on if you like. This will allow you to see if the suppressors give you added adjustment to prevent lock up. I have three extra sets so no inconvenience for me.
Do not loose faith. I have been exactly where you are not getting my Envy to tune. I recently bought my third Envy, so things worked out.

I sent them with the old limbs for them to drill the ne w limbs cause i didnt wanna screw them up and they kept them and didnt even drill the new limbs

You have to have the suppressor arms in it. or the draw stops need to be shortened up, the specs are not right with out those arms. your over drawing the bow.
the stops need to touch the arms on the suppressors.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.
