Nobody makes deflex riser bows anymore. Some make a few close to neutral but not many.

"Don't out smart your common sense"
Precision and accuracy are independent of each other. One has no bearing on the other.
Precision is a reflection of the repeatability of a result. High precision equals close results (small groups).
Accuracy is a reflection of how closely those results are to the true value or in this case, the target.
You can have accuracy without precision; large group around the bullseye.
You can have precision without accuracy; small group off target.
What we want as archers is both accuracy and precision.
The OP's really looking for what makes a bow precise and what traits in a bow make us, as imperfect shooters, most able to realize that precision. Which is forgiveness.

One word "COMFORT". This is what will make a Bow the most accurate for you as an individual. A bow can be inferior to another but still be more accurate for you than a bow you that you think is "Better", if you are more comfortable with that Bow. If a bow fits you like a glove you will shoot it more accurately.
