I never registered my GT500 and got the limbs replaced at no cost due to a missing rocker and cracking on the bottom limb. I must have gotten somebody who was in a good mood that day.

I bought a used Envy a couple months ago and discovered it had a cracked limb. Called Elite and they told me to send them in. Did so, and got a new set. Never even registered the bow or questioned about it.

**** I love Elite customer service!!!

Just bought a used Pulse. Registered it with the previous owners last name and the bows serial number. Now it's in my name and my new member of the family. Elite seems to have better customer service than Hoyt. Still shoot em though

If you bought the z 28 off of ebay new in box you might want to call Elite to verify that the serial number is in there system. Just because you were able to register it does not guarantee warranty. According to Kerriane(customer service rep for Elite), logging in the bow does not automatically guarantee that it is covered. With the G5 leftover Elite bows being sold on ebay, you need to call in the serial number to make sure that it is an Elite manufactured bow and not a G5 leftover. Elite does not warrranty G5 leftovers.
