Pure Manufacturing Issues?

My dealer was told he would have the left handed 2012 Pure he ordered in 4-6 weeks about 4 weeks ago. He called today and was told another 6-8 weeks because they were having issues with the left handed riser.

Anyone have a LH 2012 Pure yet? Anyone know anything about these issues? Does it normally take this long for Elite to have the new model year bows ready?

I'm brand new to this, but can't stand the wait! Like a kid on Christmas Eve...thought he was calling to tell me it came today.

Lefties are always slow to get out. Take it from a fellow southpaw. Back in 09 I waited 3 months for my GT500 but boy was it worth it.

Sad to say, but it seems to take Elite twice as long as they say to get bows out.

I'll go nuts if I have to wait until March. I shot a 2011 rh Pure to make the decision. Was told there were no major changes. Stuck between it and an MR8. It better be worth the wait!

Good luck, but I ordered a LH Pure in late September or early October of last year and I still haven't received it yet. They sent one in November, but it was a 2011 riser with 2012 limbs. Don't know why they even bothered to send it when I specifically ordered a 2012. My dealer is checking on an update today, but I'm almost to the point of cancelling the order.

How did you know it was a 2011 riser? The logo?

How did you know it was a 2011 riser? The logo?

that ^^^^ and it has one berger hole, dual sight mounting holes, twist lock cable guard and string stop, and the new cable rod.


As far as wait times the "Answer" this year came in December 4th.(Ordered release day much faster than normal) The two years prior I ordered the end of September and beginning of October and received bows in February on both accounts. Since the "Answer" is the flagship bow for 2012 I would expect a delay on left handed Pure.
