Is the ATA show in Columbus, open to the public? I thought it was, but the calendar on the Columbus Convention Center website, says its a private event.

So, I answered my question, by looking it up. I guess the ATA show is not open to the public. To me that doesnt make any sense. I would think you would want the public there to show off new product and such. Gets people excited about archery. Maybe Im missing something with the whole event. It sure would be cool to go see all the latest products.

no. no....the purspose is to introduce dealers to the products they are going to sell, not a goddam swap meet for a bunch of hilljacks like the Deer and Turkey Expo.

It's where dealers go to place orders, sign up for new product to be sold, etc.

It's not meant for the regular folks that buy the product.

I actually agree with Slippy for once. Could you imagine dealers trying to place orders and such with idjuts like me bugging the manufacturers?
