    Default Just Joined the Family

I just made a deal to buy a 2011 Hunter. I'm very excited to join the family here. I haven't even got a chance to shoot one although I did get to draw a right handed one (I shoot lefty).

Tell me what I'm gonna love about this bow. I currently shoot a Hoyt Alpha Max 32. What are my biggest differences going to be?

The biggest difference.....more and bigger deer, guaranteed!

Well..... maybe not, but I can guarantee complete satisfaction, and a bow that is addicting to shoot.

i purchased a 2011 Elite Hunter this past summer, This is the first Elite i have ever owned. I like it alot, solid back wall, smooth drawing and i'm able to shoot 0 - 35 yd 1 pin. very forgiving and just plain fun to shoot. one of the best bows i have ever owned.

That's what I like to hear. I can't wait to shoot it. Although I'll probably wait until after Jan. 15 to switch out everything off of my AM and move to the Hunter.

Congrats and welcome to EAF. The Hunter is smooth and has a rick solid back wall, great bow for stands or blinds and is a shooter for sure.

    Default Elite vs. AM -32

Differences are: the Elite is a bit easier to pull back at a higher poundage. A bit smoother draw cycle. Easier to hold at full draw. Won't try to fire on you like my AM will try to go unless you hold tight. Nice back wall.

I still shoot and like my Am-32 but give the edge to the ELite Z -28 and the Hunter. Killed 4 deer this year with the Elite.

I am told the Hunter is the same as the Z-28. Congrats on the new bow and Good luck. You will love the Elite line of bows!
