I recently used Jon Bray at H20 Imaging in Illinois and his work was super. Be strips everything down and starts new great work. Mike Cole at OHG also does good work.

Rahoffer is not the best choice form what i have seen. H2O Imaging in Southern Illinois is good and pretty quick. Others mentioned all have good reps for a reason.
