Well I found myself finally getting to make a project that surprised even my expectations. I wanted to try something different and yet get a short ATA (for me) bow that will reach my dl. I have yet to shoot it as I have to now make the finished strings and cables. I do have it in spec and able to reach my dl, now I have to wait to shoot it. I have the 2012 (new logo) ESX cams with the TSR mods, here it is
2012 ESX cams
2006 MBH Energy riser (soon to be a LBH Energy riser)
34" ATA
8 1/2" BH
68 lb max holds at 13 lbs Using 114 def limbs and tall rockers
33" dl to the string
Fire away with any questions you may have. Next one will be using the same cams and getting a 41" ATA Spot bow. Great job on the cams Pete, now I know why everyone likes the Hunter so well. I still like my Rev energy and will always have one. This is starting to feel like my favorite bow. 10pt the 34" works out really nice the limb def at 36" ATA was 65 lbs so I gained only 3 lbs going to 34" same ATA as the Impulse but using the MBH riser instead of the SBH riser. When I switch it to the LBH riser I will have a 9 1/4" BH which will be a dream of a hunting machine giving me a 24" power stroke and plenty of adjust ability for the DFC. Now I have to decide on a new finish, com'on Twisted Archer did ya find out about the finish yet? Should be pretty wild. Of course I am open to suggestions for a camo finish on this one. Any suggestions?
