Default Found this buck dead yesterday.......

:censored2: I was out walking the edge of a standing cornfield last night where I hunt more or less doing some in season scouting when I came across this gnarly old guy laying dead. He was about 200 yards from a main road. You could see where he had knocked down some corn as he was staggering around. Based off of what I could tell it looks like he had been there scence mid-September. I have no doubt he was hit by a car. To some of you guys, he may not be a head turner but here in my little corner of PA this deer is a Freak'n stud. Would have been nice to run an arrow through him instead of a Buick but what you gonna do. Figured some of you guys would enjoy takeing a look at him. This is my 3 1/2 year old son holding him for the pic. He was so jacked to get him in his hands. I do beleive we got a budding little hunter to add to the recruits soon!!!

Nice buck for sure. Sad to hear he was hit by a car. He has lots of character.

Cool looking buck. You always hate to find them that way but it's part of the life cycle they go through.

No doubt in my mind. You'll be taking him hunting, right up to where he's taking you hunting.

Oh yes, congratulations on the find.
Last year my buddy and I found a five by five elk head, so I know just how you feel when you put in all the :censored2: about the find, LOL.
