Default Is the XLR difficult to tune?

My local dealer has a used xlr in stock. I'm going to see it on my next day off.
I have run across a few mentions of this bow being difficult to tune.
Is there any truth to the rumour?

    Thanks,

    Bob

If you have a press and a drawboard with a scale its no harder then the first time you tied your shoes your self. the more you do it the easier it becomes.
Id grab it if I were you.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.
