I have noticed that alot of people are much capable of what I have coined at the shop "bowhunter MOA" which your groups look good and what your doing works. I can't hate on a fellow archer for that however what I would do is go buy Bernies Idiot Proof Archery book and read it front to back, twice. That is what will make you a better archer by far. As well as a Hinge release or to use proper back tension. I'm not sure how proficient of an archer you wish to be but if you want to invest some time, you can become a force to be reckoned with. I know I have from just that alone. I used to shoot horrible with some wicked sweet target panic but thats over now.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I had my wife take this video today. I feel pretty solid and I am getting the hang of using my release with back tension. I think my grip is better too. The one problem I am still having is I tilt my head. I'm not sure why, but if I tried to keep my head upright and can't see my peep. I don't know if my draw length is too long or what. Once again, the wife felt the need to commentate! I promise I also cut the lawn today since it was starting to look like a jungle!

Much better looking shot , head tilt is about gone , grip looks much better , you seem to be using a slow squeeze on the release which is much better than hammering it. How is your shooting has it improved , more consistant , more confidence in your shot? And by the way I missed your wifes play by play I rather enjoyed it. OMA

LOL! My wife said any time I make her video tape me shooting she is going to give her play-by-play!

I was mainly working on my grip until recently. I went to Stokerized to get a new stabilizer and after Kyle watched me hammer the release, he spent some time helping me get it adjusted so I could use back tension to fire the release. It is a great feeling when you get that surprise release! I am still trying to get my draw length tweaked and adjust the letoff so I don't have such a deep valley. A little higher holding weight and shorter valley seems to be helping me execute the shot better. I have a new sight on the way to me and plan on getting custom string and cables and tune job. Once I get everything tweaked on the bow, then I can start focusing on consistency which will hopefully lead to tighter groups.

I will have another video update in a couple of weeks.
