This may be a dumb question but.....I swapped my 60# limbs out on my 2010 Z for a set of 123 def. limbs to make it a 65# max. bow and was wondering if this will change any of the tuning specs such as AtA and brace height??

No you should still use the same specs when tuning the bow.
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.
