Default 2 questions about my Z28

    1. How do I find out what year my Z28 is and what cams is on it???

    2. My Z28 is 30" draw and 60#wt. My son has decided he wants it, So what cams do I need to change the draw to 26" and do I need to change the strings too ????

What is the number on the cam/mod?

From there, you can look at the main webpage under technology, and find out what year it is from there.
You won't need to change the strings when you change the mods.

Simple, if it has mods it is a 2009 or later. If it has a draw specific cam (no mods) it is a Rev cam and a 2008 model.

Post a photo of the bow and a close up of the cams, there will be plenty of guys who can tell you what you have.

08.5 and 09 had draw specific cams. '10 had mods.

We need to see the cams.

Elite didnt have mods on the cams til 2010. Anything earlier is draw specific. Most of the time you can find used parts in the classifieds on the archery sites. good luck
