Chasing Tuning , Tips and general information on the elite envy
There was about 300 - 400 total made. I have not seen any serial numbers over 301.
ATA 33.25"
BH 7.125"
IBO 340-350 fps
There was a cam change very eraly on because they were being produced on the slow side. Basically the production bows were not as fast as the prototypes. So Kevin redesigned the cams and Mods.
Bronze Mods = smooth first version mod
Black Mods = speed second version mod (5-10fps faster)
Here is a link to the old web page. Click on Envy to view the settings for cams and more detail.

07 ELITE ENVY #314
07 Browning rage
Kitty at my my foot and i want to shoot it !
I shoot 250 maximas w ST Hunters and 100g tips at 292@ 60# 28" and shoots awesome
I've shot the GT 22's and they flew well. I shoot victory V-Forces now and love them. 29" draw, 71 lbs, 350 spine, 371 grain V-1's at 324 fps and drive tacks. For hunting I use 340 spine FMJ's with 100 grain wac'ems at a total weight of 497 grains at 285 fps. They are SWEET!! The bow makes NO noise and they blow thru a deer end to end breaking the femur and shoulder and into the dirt beyond. I used 370 spine ACE's early this year for 3-D and they shot very very well but were just too brittle. My old 2413 aluminums didn't do too good but I didn't spend much time trying to tune for them. because I want to!
525 grain FMJ at 300 fps
I have used the Victory V1 500's with great results as well as gold tip pro hunters 75/95's and also ce maxima 350's. I prefer the Victory's then Gold tip's just based on long range flight characteristics. I think the Victory V1's are an overlooked arrow by several shooters. I do like them on the heavy side though and the Envy seems to prefer stiffer spined arrows from my experience. I shoot 29" draw and 70 lbs. My arrows are 28" to nock throat and i use a 125 grain head. I still think the Envy is the best bow made to date for hunting.
I can not agree more that the Envy is a great hunting bow... That bow just smokes an arrow and has a great draw cycle to boot... I have mine setup a bit different than the standard specs but I think It shoots alot better and is quieter...
