How Long to Adjust?

For all you guys who shoot with glasses, how long does it take to adjust to the new prescriptions?

I was so excited the other day when I got my new glasses and I could see.... But then I went to the range.

The target was a little fuzzy on me.
But as I shot, the pin got fuzzy, the the sight housing.

Thirty-five, forty shots later, I couldn't focus on peep, pin or target, and I left the range with a headache.

How long does it take you guys to be able to shoot with your new prescriptions?

In my experience about a full week. Got a new prescription last year in August and I wasn't back in the groove for about a full 7 days. That's not a scientific quote but I hope it helps.

This does give me hope, so thank you.

I'm five days into my new prescription, but this was my first shooting opportunity.

May have to go back to the range here in a little bit after my morning chores.
