Default twice in a couple weeks!!??

I just posted about my new pure about speeds and tuning and the DL coming up short. Now I just bought a used 2010 GT500 on AT and I'm having the same problem. I did a limb swap and blueprinted the strings. Specs w/in 1/8", poundage at 70.2#, but the DL came in 28 3/4". So, and don't know if I did this exactly right, but I added 6 twists to the cables and let 8 out of the string. (technically 1/2 twists) And now its coming in at 72.2# and 28 7/8" with #3 29" mods. I can still untwist string a little but I didn't know if I should, I don't want to go too much ????? Right now twist is 1:1 3/4" Cams are perfectly in sync and both hitting the 4th dot
On my pure I ended up having to go to 29.5" mods.

    Specs are:
    #-72.2
    DL-28 7/8"
    BH-7 1/8"
    ATA-34 11/16"

Im wondering how you are measuring the draw length now.
Both short on draw? and draw stops set to 80% letoff?
No ifs and or buts Just maybee.

Dealer and I both got same measurements on 2 different draw boards with my pure.

Marking the arrow with a sharpie at the back of the front berger hole. I've also measured from the edge of the pipe on my draw board to the nock point and got the same measurement.

After taking strings and cable off again and measuring I got 29" on the dot, but my let off was about 91%. I'm also hitting peak weight at 7 1/4"

    Update:
I measured the strings one more time, but this time I put about 10 arrows through it before I remeasured. I'm within 1/16" of 29DL and my peak is 71.02#. 80% let off, but I'm getting 278fps w/ 442gr acc. comes out to 311 ibo. Not real great. I think I might go to 29.5" mods.

Ok so after some inspection on the cams. One of the bearings is pushed in and dented a little. There was also a piece of a spacer inside that. Luckily I have one of the best dealers out there, so should be able to get this fixed.
