Default How to setup blade arrow rest?

I put my new 2011 Elite Pure together and I've went to shooting a Cartel Midas II blade rest and I'm also switching to shooting GT Entrada arrows from shooting fat Victory X-Ringers (that broke in half while I was flexing them after shooting, can't be too careful!) and I have no idea really how to set this rest up. I have it shooting a bullet hole through paper but the blade is bending down from what I presume to be the wrong weight blade? Im shooting GT 5575s for this weekend shoot until I get my Entradas. They will both have Mini Blazers on them and they weigh around 375grs I think, Ill weigh them at the shop tomorrow. I have the .20 blade in the rest, should I be shooting the .25 or .30 blade? Should my rest be setup 90 degrees with the string or should have the nock a bit higher like some other rests? I love how this new setup shoots and am really looking foward to taking some trophies and money with this new Pure!

Not familiar with that Cartel, but looks simmilar to my current Trophy Taker SS, same launcher type of rest.
90º is not advisable on the launcher blade angle! Start around 30º-35º. Check that the launcher is not bent when the bow is at full draw with your arrow resting on it, a slight bend at rest position might be O.K. (have another person/observator viewing from your side, even have him carefully remove the arrow from the launcher and rest it slowly again to see if the blade bends or not; please be safe and keep your finger off the trigger in the meanwhile). The thickness of the blade needed is not written in stone, Reo Wilde for example tunes with a thin one for the weight of his arrows, and no one can argue against his ability. I would say, better slightly thin than opposite.
90º is a good starting point to set the nocking point, but probably you´ll end tuning 1-3 mm above square (assuming you checked timing of cams at full draw in a draw board before).
Hope I helped and covered everything.
