    Default Speed question ...

    Hi,

I have a 2010 GT-500 compound bow. Is setting 29" (rev cam #3), 60# (peak weghit) and I using 334 grains arrows (Easton Flatlines).

In my chrony the speed is 295 fts. In the tune charts of Elite Archery the speed rating for this setting is 332-336 fts minus 5 fts for the 60#.

I have 22 fts of difference .... What can I do to get this 22 fts? ...

    Thank you ....

Note: I´m sorry for my english ... I´m still learning my second languaje ...

try shooting a 300 grain arrow, that would put you at 5grains/pound and get you closer to the speed you are looking for.

I ve got the same problem with my Judge... 29 DL, 60#, 356 gr only 306...and have tryed everything(twists on cabels, string, letoff, speednocks...With two diff chrono max 306 fps). On standard setup only 293 fps...But as said 306fps is for my shooting quite ok...
I probably will not send it back...Lighter arrow is not an option...
