Kyle and the Crew at Swatara Creek are really good people. They are definitely worth visiting and talking to. They carry all the Elites (RH) in various color/camo combinations. They are very low key. They won't force one bow over another. They also carry G5, G5 Prime, Bowtech, Hoyt and Bear.
One good value bow is the '10 Elite Z28 new from a dealer. These should be at least $100 less than the '11's. I don't know if there are any LH'er of these hangin' around, but that would be a good value for your stated purposes.

Yeah Kyle is the man he really knows his crap, next time im up there ill have to shoot some new bows i know he also has some new pearsons which are looking really nice this year. I usually buy all my supplies from kyle i just got a quiver, new set of arrows and a bow tune up from him. I plan on going back really soon to get one of those awesome stabilizers he makes(stokerized for anyone that didnt know) but kyle is a very down to earth guy considering he makes his own stabs that sell to people all over the world.

I would recommend the GT500 if you want a used Elite bow and for hunting and 3-D, a new PULSE or GT500 would be great......There are a bunch of older Elite bows that will do the job. I just picked up an Energy for $380.00 and it would make a great bow for what you want to do... Good luck to ya in your quest....

I'd recommend the 09 or 10 Z28. Most any of the bows from this year. If you want the longer ATA or speed bow I'd get an '11. Wait till you find one slightly used (might be awhile for the lefy). The 09 Z28 is about as good as any of the '11's.
"Bottom line is, smooth is faster because you can handle more power better. I want it as fast as possible, so I want the smooth cams and more lbs."
