I love seeing kids shoot and be interested in the sport. They are the future.

I was having problems focusing with the lights and spot targets used at the ranged with my .10 sight. Was not as good grouping. Put the black coffee top up and every shot hit the cup top. I needed the contrast. I don't shoot spots or in a league, so I guess I am not used to focusing at the x's....

The kids want to shoot everyday... This summer they will get a real bow, but I want them to learn the basics before they move up to a 200 dollar bow...

Sorry about your son's eye. Might I ask what happened?

    Default Left eye dominant????

If he is left eye dominant he will get much more enjoyment and have greater success by shooting left handed. This goes for bows and long guns. I am left eye dominant but my Dad taught me to shoot long guns right handed. Now I wish I could shoot left handed long guns. I know I could re-learn but at this point my shooting is acceptable for what I do. I do shoot bows left handed.

    That looks good!

Just my opinion but I don't think being left eye dominant and shooting right handed really hinders a person at all. Maybe it's different for others but being left eye dominant and right handed hasn't been a problem for me.

It all depends on how powerful the domination.
I know a couple ladies who can not close their dominate eye without closing their submissive eye.
