Default 07 synergy vs 07 xforce

ok well tonight I got to shoot the xforce for a period of time. so I thought now I would share my thoughts.

speed- the xforce wins hands down
draw cycle- xforce is smooth the whole way through
back wall- synergy I like the hard wall
    hand shock- synergy
    accuracy- synergy.
Brace height- synergy the xforce slaps the **** out of me
Noise- synergy (but to be fair I did have an sts on it)

overall, both are nice bows, but I would rate the synergy ahead of the xforce. If you want pure speed then by all means go with the xforce. but other then that not really worth the $$$

I only shot an X-Force 1 time, but that was all I needed to. Wasn't for me either. And I just don't like the way the limbs look. Too curled up! I know some people love how it looks though, so to each his own.

Put an STS on it before you give up. I've heard that there is some tuning that can be done to stiffen up the wall. You might also want to get some custom strings if the factory ones are still on there.

Man that sucks! I was afraid that was going to be the case, but hopefully you learned your lesson and you can find someone else that is wanting to try one.

Oregonbowhunter, I have an 08 Synergy Xtreme, 29" complete bow I will part with. I made a hasty decision at the shop last week. Went in to buy the GTO, which had sold 35 minutes prior. The Syn X was the only Elite they had and weren't expecting any GTOs for 6 weeks. I have since acquired a GTO...
