I was told that SNO SEAL works great so I'm trying some right now ... 6.99 for a huge jar that will last for 10 years.. Seems to be working great! I was big on Scorpion Venom but I found it to actually dry my string out more than it was before ... it makes allot promises but soon you find it doesn't deliver

I use the bcy wax.. I have about 10 diffrent kinds of wax including the winners choice wax and the bcy seems to be the best.. It is like 4$ a tube or u can get it in a block.. I also like the black lightning was but the bcy is the better of the 2.. NJBuckBuster

    Default wax

I like using the bohning wax. I ususally wax the strings every other time i use the bow and then hit it with a hair blower to melt the wax into the string. Seems to keep the string very healthy.

I have heard the blow dryer thing.. How does it work?? Does it brake down the fibers or hurt them in any way?? I can remember reading on another forum that it breaks down the fibers in the strings..NJBuckBuster

why is it that none of the string makers are chipping in on a important part of string care u know they have thier own prefrence and i would like to hear or in this case read what they use
