Default Can you compare the GTO's "feel" to something?

I am very interested in the Elite GTO. I have yet to shoot one, but my local shop is hopefully getting a few this week, so maybe this weekend!

I was just wondering if anyone would care to compare the draw cycle/shot/vibration/noise to any other bow that is currently on the market?

Example: "I thought the draw was smooth, similar to that of an Allegiance, while the shot was very dead in hand, similar to that of a Switchback XT, while it was as quiet as a new DXT."

This is the type of statement I am looking for. I hope some of you might be able to help me with this. Any comparisons/comments welcome.

    Thanks,

    BTG1985

Reminds me of the allegiance stiff but smooth. just a tad smoother on the shot than a switch back. never shot an XT. smoother than the Dxt and less shot noise. I bet if you got the whole bowjax kit with it, it would be as quiet as the guardian. They are a little stiffer at 30 inch compared to 29 from what I hear. so if your Dl is under 30 it should be less harsh of a draw.

Good to hear, because I shoot a 28" draw. If is is smoother than a SB and nearly as quiet as a Guardian, with a draw cycle not much stiffer than my Ally . . . . . I will be buying one this weekend!

Draw cycle seems pretty similar to my '06 Allegience with speed mods. A little less noise, a little more speed.

I would say it pulls about as hard as a Tribute or Ally with but you don't have the hump in the draw. It's more of a smooth constant pull with the let-off coming at the very end. Similar to the X-Force I guess but the wall is much much better.

Sex..........no really i havnt even shot a gto but i shot the xt and they are supposed to have nearly the same feel. the xt is undescribaly the sweetest bow i have ever held or shot. so i cant wait to get my gto. i shot a dxt about 6-7 times laid it down then shot the xt 1 time looked at the shop owner and said why would any one buy something other than elite?
it was that smooth and fast.

I'am on my 5th Elite started with the E-500, envy #161, 07 senergy, and have a GTO, with another GTO on order AT models... the way i would describe the draw would be, maple suryup oozing down the side of a stack of pancacks, ever so smooth, I'am 61 years young, GTO set on 61 lbs, 28 inch draw, 309 gr gold tip 312 fps.. 367 gr hunting arrow..288 fps.. never thought i would i would shoot arrow this fast in my life time, with my short draw.. between me and all my hunting buddies... we have bought 12 Elites from NOBBY16, ... WE consider him the Crackers of the northeast... not to mention his AWSOME CUSTOM STRINGS AND CABLES.. PRE STRETCHED, COMPLETE PRO SHOP..CRONY, DRAW BOARD, PRESSES, CUSTOM STRING JIGS,CUSTOM ARROWS,ECT. GREAT BOW TUNER......... THANKS NOBBY16 FROM ME AND ALL THE HUNTING BUDS............ : applause:
