Default Getting a new Judge set-up

Guys I am helping a friend get a new Judge set-up. It is a 60lber with a 28" DL. Right out of the box maxed out at 64lbs. It shot a 415gr arrow at 270fps, this was with a 19gr peep and a string loop installed. About how much more can we squeak out of it, I think it is pretty close now, but I bet maybe 5-7fps left in there.

PS- The 415gr arrows are what he is using so base your estimates on that.

    You are pretty close Tony.
I'd get it on the draw board and check the DL. I'm guessing it's a little long based on the DW. If it is long, take a couple twists out of the cables OR take 1 twist out of each cable and put 2 twists in the aim string. Same result.
The cam holes should be around .010 under the limb face. Mine are close to that , but not exact.(I have a hard time measuring that small)
it sounds a little out of spec. I think there's more to get.

I've been hearing that setting it up to hit peak weight at 6 1/2" is what you want to achieve. Get the draw length and draw weight correct and having it hit peak at 6.5" and you should be good.

One of my friends was shooting his new bow and my jaw dropped.

    28" draw
    64lbs
    400gr arrow = 297fps
    445gr arrow = 285fps

    That right there is incredible!
