Default A little something I'm working on...

    The fletching experimentation begins...

    First, 1.8" 3D Duravanes...

    Rear view...

And some Mini Fusions. These were free samples so I did not get to choose the color and only had enough to do one arrow for now...

And a shot of these from the rear...

I can't wait to try them out. It should be fun. My plan is to run these with either 125gr Slick Trick Standards or HellRazor 125's. I may try both.

They look cool! I'm interested in speed differences and accuracy..compared to standard three fletch.

We'll see what happens. I like trying new things. When you work on bows for a living you get a little bored with seeing and doing the same things over and over. It's good to mix things up a bit, from time to time. Variety is the spice of life.

    Plus... It just looks cool.

Question.... What jig did you use to fletch these? Did you do three at the standard spacing and then rotate a bit for the next three???

Pretty much. I used a standard Bohning Helix jig to fletch three vanes, then took the arrow out, turned it 180 degrees and put it back in and fletched again.

I remember watching the older Muzzy bad to the bone video's. One of the lady shooters always had a similar fletching set up. I sent an email asking why but never got an answer.
