340, off the top of my head.
How long are your arrows and what tip weight do you like to use?
357.75438 deflection, and dont even think about arguing with me about it.
For example with a 29" arrow and a 100 grain tip, I would get a 300 spine - especially if you plan to use broad heads at all.
