Ive been wanting to start this thread sometime this month but im a terrible procrastinator. I cant go into detail cus dinner is about ready...but anyhow this thread is to help, motivate, and track all the club members goals.

Hello my name is cordwood and im out of shape. Im looking to lose about 25lbs and improve my cardio. My current weight right now before dinner is about 212 but im sure to bump that up to about 215 after dinner/dessert and a bedtime snack...goal weight 190# by 9/15/10.![]()
